Dead wrapper of the website

This app is just a wrapper for the city website, and its clunky.

The website - and thus the app - currently do not show a snow emergency in effect (11:55) even though I got an automated email from the city declaring a snow emergency (11:13).

Dont rely on this. Use the website in conjunction with email alerts.
