Seems pretty bare bones. Needs notifications.

I think apps like these are what makes smart phones and tablets shine. However, I didnt notice any settings for notifications. Yes, you can follow the link to the cities website but notifications when a snow emergency is declared would put this app in a much better position.

Get that taken care of and I can easily do 5 stars!
